Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra -ARRONIZ-250ml
Very exclusive variety and very limited in the middle zone of Navarra and in the Ribera. Large, centuries-old olive trees, hand-picked.
Oil with a slightly fruity flavor.
It has almond touches. In the mouth its initial sweetness soon turns to a medium bitterness, finally we notice its spicier nuances.
It contains a very balanced fatty acid composition, with saturated fatty acids lower than other oils. It also has a high content of oleic acid, as well as polyphenols totals (greater than 500 ppm.) and other natural antioxidants.
