One of the oldest varieties in the Iberian Peninsula.
In our case, these are young olive trees planted near the town of Ejea de los Caballeros, with a sweetness that stands out over a bitterness and a shy spiciness. We also find flavours of nuts such as walnuts and
nuts such as walnuts and almonds.
Aromas dominated by green, grassy and olive leaf notes, as well as nutty connotations. It has the perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness thanks to its fruity nuances.
